News Update: Result Of Our 2023 Customer Survey
We recently conducted an online survey of our most regular customers online, providing the opportunity for each to reply anonymously to six questions about the services we provide.
Of course, we realise that the chances are that they are relatively satisfied with our services or they would not be our customers. However, that said, we are delighted with the positive results, which are shown below.

In addition to gaining feedback on our services, we asked a couple of questions about customer needs for social media in 2023.
Unsurprisingly, almost all of our customers rated LinkedIn as the most important platform, with Facebook pretty clear in second place. Twitter(X) and Instagram were way back in third and fourth respectively.
Based on a few previous customer requests, we also asked what you would like to see us include in social media plans next year. The results were spread very evenly, with only one vote dividing the top four options.

8 – Assistance/plans for building followers.
We are listening, and will be looking at ways we can accommodate some or all of the above four requests in the coming weeks. Watch this space!
